The new winery of Ferraris Agricola was built in record time in 2009 and was completed on August 31st. The passage from the historic site was forced by the increase in volumes and bottles produced. The new structure is spread over 1000 square meters for 3 floors: in the basement there is the barrel room for aging, so as to keep the temperature constant but in a natural way. The entire production takes place on the ground floor: from vinification to bottling. Also on the ground floor are the tasting room and the shop. The offices, the brain of the company, have been set up above the latter, where the team gathers to discuss and create all business strategies, from production to marketing.
