This grappa is produced through the distillation of our Ruchè pomace by the expert Beccaris family, who has been producing high quality distillates for generations. The result is a refined grappa, extremely particular, reserved for connoisseurs. The nose is intense, persistent and aromatic. In the mouth, it is dry yet pervaded by aromatic fruity and floral notes, in particular roses and violets. The alcohol content is at 42% and it is exclusively available in 70 cl bottles.
